Return and Refund Policy

At Onaty Bodycare, we take pride in crafting products with care, using only natural ingredients. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, please note that items cannot be returned once opened.

Cases Eligible for Refund or Reshipment:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product received is different from what was ordered

If you receive an order with items that are damaged or missing, please provide a clear photo of the damaged item or indicate the missing item within 24 hours of the shipment arriving. We will either issue a refund or resend the item promptly.

Important Notes:

  • Used items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and sanitary concerns
  • Refunds are processed via InstaPay or Mobile Wallets only
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as received, including the original brand/manufacturer box or packaging, to be eligible for a refund

If an order exceeds a value of 3000, a member of our administration team will contact you to confirm the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, applicable taxes will be charged. These charges can be avoided by either paying deposit or completing payment before delivery.
